The General Manager, Alan Armani is beyond wonderful! He is very professional & makes you feel so welcomed. He is very thoughtful & will always make time for your needs. He’s always available for any concerns and will absolutely make sure you are well taken care of and happy. He leads an awesome staff who are just as helpful, friendly & available for any needs. Alan makes living here at Be DTLA the ABSOLUTE best!
I Toured the community on Saturday last minute without an appointment & Emily , One of the leasing agents, took me In with no issue. She Was AMAZING. She showed me all the amenities , my favorite being the pool. It’s just beautiful. I really hope to move to into this community in the future. I’m glad i stopped by! If I could give more than 5 stars I really would. THANK YOU
Emily made my entire day!!! She’s so kind and very gentle. What I appreciate most about Emily is her warm smile. She is very genuine and she really cares. Emily rocks!!!!! I highly recommend anyone doing a tour with her. She goes above and beyond her call of duty which made me feel valued.
I recently moved into this apartment and I am absolutely in love with it! The space is cozy yet spacious, with plenty of natural light and beautiful scenic views. The amenities are top-notch, including a fitness center and a pool that are always clean and well-maintained. The location is also fantastic - it's close to several restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it convenient to run errands or grab a bite to eat. The management team is incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns I have, which is a huge plus. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

This review is for Emily of Be DTLA. She is amazing! I can honestly say without the help of her throughout this process, me, my partner, and our two cats would probably not have ended up living in Be DTLA. But she was able to help us in any way we needed and made it happen and we are happier than ever now here. Amenities are awesome and super close to so many things.
